Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If all conditions of the return are not met, we have the right to refuse the item.
To start a return, you can contact us at boholoveobsession@gmail.com. If all conditions of the return are met, we will send you the return shipping address via email when you contact us about your return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure and properly package the return jewelry for transit.
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and was requested within the 30 day time frame, your return will be approved and accepted within 3 business days of receipt of the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any original shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually 7 to 10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we must be informed within 24 hours of the shipment’s delivery. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions where damages occur in transit. Please contact us via email at boholoveobsession@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue and replace the items.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
